Materials:
- Medium worsted yarn (I use Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice® acrylic yarn)
- Maroon (A)
- White (B)
- Size H/8 (5.000MM) crochet hook
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
Abbreviations:
- hdc: Half double crochet
- sc: single crochet
- sl st: slip stitch
- ch: chain
- mc: magic Circle
Notes:
- Work in the round, your starting chain counts as the first stitch.

Edging:
Starting at the top of the 2nd ear flap Ch 1 and then sc evenly down
the side, across the front of the hat you should have 20 stitches, then evenly
space sc up the side of ear flap #1, sc, ch1, sc in each of the 2 top stitches,
evenly space sc down the side, 19 sc across the back and then back up the other
side of flap #2, sc, ch1, sc in each of the 2 top stitches, join to the first,
tie off and weave in your end
